- No leave of absence is granted except on receipt of prior written application from a parent/ guardian and for plausible reasons only.
- Half-day leave will only be granted if a child is sick.
- Uninformed absence for a period of 15 days may result in the child's name being struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only upon payment of a fresh admission fee.
- Astudent returning to school after recovering from infectious or contagious disease must produce a doctor's certificate permitting him/ her to attend school.
- It is compulsory for the students to complete 75%of their attendance in the year to make them eligible to sit for their Final Examination. The percentage however could be relaxed on medical grounds.
